Yes. Go to the site homepage, click the dashboard tab next to the home page tab on the menu and click "Payment" then "Settings". Open the Paypal tab and enter the following: Active= Checked, Mode= Live, Business= Your paypal email address, Process Type= Direct, Connection= HTML, Identity Token= (leave blank), Sandbox= (leave blank)and save.

From the menu click "People" => "All Members" and then select the member you want the contact information of. Under the "Actions" heading click "Get Email/Phone". An email will be sent to your personal email account with their contact information.
